If you are interested in history and fitness, you might enjoy the series I recently watched. It’s called “Ancient Workouts with Omar”, hosted by Omar Isuf, a personal trainer and fitness influencer.

The series was produced by History Original in 2022 and explores how ancient warriors from different cultures trained.

Each episode focuses on a specific warrior group. There are nine episodes in total, with topics ranging from Roman gladiators (episode 1) to Aztec warriors (episode 9).
